چکیده

Purpose: To investigate the influence of suppressor cytokine signaling 3 (SOCS3) on rats with colon cancer (CC).
Methods: Sprague-Dawley (SD) were randomly divided into CC group and control group, then rat model was constructed. The expression SOCS3 in tissues determined by quantitative real time-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Hematoxylin-eosin staining (H&E) used to examine tissue morphology. Immunohistochemistry (IHC) assay performed determine protein tissues. contents HIF-1α, phosphorylated phosphatidylinositol 3-hydroxy kinase (p-PI3K), B (p-AKT) proteins Western blotting (WB).
Results: Compared that number tumors significantly increased (p < 0.05). 2). On other hand, message ribonucleic acid (mRNA) expressions down-regulated 3), while p-PI3K, p-AKT HIF-1α raised 0.05).
Conclusion: is lowly expressed rats, promotes activating PI3K/AKT pathway. Thus, provides a therapeutic strategy for management cancer.
Keywords: Colon cancer; Suppressor (SOCS3); Hypoxia inducible factor-1α
